Tanabe springs or Jic coilovers with phantom cup kit???
Whats up guys just picked up a used Jic phantom cup kit and a set of tanabe springs for my Lexus LS 460L. Also got some 22'' Vip Modulars... Debating on which to install... I'm leaning towards maybe selling the cup kit??? Any pointers or suggestions..... Thanks

you really need to do some research. this is like asking rolls royce drophead coupe or skateboard.
springs - small fixed drop, low spring rate, loss of travel.
coilovers - adjustable height, adjustable damping (depending on model), no loss of travel (depending on model).
cups - coilovers + a couple inches of on the fly lift for obstacle clearance.

Really I heard mixed reviews depending on what people prefer but never really heard they were straight garbage. Did you have them before and have bad experience with them?

only 2 reasons to not like them: 1) you bought some bs, or 2) you expected them to do something other than what they are designed to do.
