I recently lost my ONLY key to my '97 Q45, and I need some questions answered.

1). Are the keys chipped?
2). Can I get keys anywhere else besides the dealer?
3). Does the car HAVE to be at the dealership to get the keys programed, or can somebody else do it?

3. no, a vin number should do the trick.
