WTB: 2003 y34 In Glove CD Changer

Looking for a working OEM glovebox CD changer. They are specific to the '03 not the '04. I also heard that some of the y33 changers also would fit/work but not sure, thx. Later.

Well when I got the ride earlier in the year it wasn't even plugged in, it was sitting in the bottom of the trunk, still has 6 discs in it from previous owner. Was just curious the other day and plugged it in but all it does is move the cd changer arm from side to side inside the unit and doesn't play, eject, change tracks or anything. I figure something slipped/broke/wore out. Like to just find one to replace it so just plug and go for now instead of changin up the whole system. I figure half the guys with Y34 probably have upgraded their system and should have the changer just laying around but we'll see. Later.

If i remember correctly you have to keep it to run a ipod? but not sure. I will keep an eye out for one though. I would try ebay first

Yeah, checked ebay and there's one for over $150. which is much too much for it. Still hoping to find one here. Later.

my friend just bought a 03 M and he has an ipod hook up in his. It came with it when he bought it but apparently it has to be on 93.3 for it to work. And still use everything else. I will have to look into this
