Not your average Camry

Hello everyone!!!!
My name is Sammy and I live in Central Florida. I've been a member of VIP Style Cars for a while now and never really participated.
By all means I am not calling my car VIP, but it's definitely not your average Camry.
My reason for the forums is to meet new people, make friends, grab ideas, learn a thing or two and share the same
Long time ago I had posted this pic:

Forum image
People asked what car it was. It's just a Camry...
Been driving it for a while now and have not really taken any photos of it. Today my friends were like lets shoot it since we were driving to Simply Clean 4.....So here are a few pics from today, might as well post them up for everyone to see.

I like it... although I'd wish it were lower though. Also I'd suggest getting a different side skirt or modding your old one to flow with the front&rear bumper.

-1 camber. Don't like how small lipped wheels look too cambered. Next set of wheels most likely will have more lip and more camber added.
As for the sideskirts, my fiberglass guy messed yup and is currently working on modding the ones on the car to flow with the front/rear bumper.

I want to lower it more, but since the mufflers are for anothe r car they sit very low.

I have a 02 Camry. One thing i gotta say is that their body kits are hideous. Hate how bulky looking it is.

I was going to say it'd look better if the side skirts were lower or the front and rear bumpers higher, but looking back at the pics the side skirts should stay and the bumpers should be higher. As said, it's a little bulky looking, and with different bumpers you might be able to go a little lower. Interior looks pretty sweet.

for some reason the frame of these cars sit pretty low as well. I dont know if that is an issue with the Lexus bodies. I see so many GS and SC's slammed the sh!t down!!!

the height on the bumpers is ridiculous. i would say section them and raise them up but then you have issues of the body laying on the ground when you lower it lol.

I feel ya, here's a shot of my camry & at that height, my frame sat about 1 1/2" off the ground. Shit was annoying, so i raised up the front a tad bit.

Have you thought about getting an 05 bumper and throwing on the JP Visage lip on it? I don't think it looks too shabby.

Diggin the interior btw.

I definitely feel you about the frame sitting low. I have a Maxima on 20's barely tucking tire up front and the subframe is already a few inches off the ground (haven't actually measured it, but I know it's enough to catch plastic water bottles and occasional uneven pavements lol). It sucks because the rest of the frame is a lot higher, so the subframe is really a limiting factor. I still think you should do something about the bumpers even if you don't go lower, they're just too bulky looking. Maybe if the front bumper didn't slope down as it approaches the wheel well, and if the rear bumper didn't flare out on the sides? Something like this, although the rear bumper still looks a little bulky because it has a large flat area, although it does look a bit better...

Anyways, just throwing out ideas. Oh yeah, the trunk looks sick too, I've always liked trunks with similar styling like the BMW CSL ones.

looks dope just needs better side skirts and if your really balling close off the trunk and put the plate in the bumper since its a huge open space in the rear of your car...

digging the car overall!
the rear looks cool(better in the photoshop edit) and the interior looks super clean
once you get a more aggressive look body/wheel wise then itll be extra nice!

Dont worry too much about branding it a VIP car. Build to your liking. Car overall is clean. I would try some more aggressive wheels and kit and get some inspiration from the camry's in Thailand as they have done them up insanely. Looks good though and props for trying something diffrerent.

Not too bad looking. I like the diamond stitched interior and exhaust. I'm not to crazy about the kit, height or wheel fitment, but like other have said, build it to how YOU like you.
