#4696242001 Lexus GS430 Rebirth...
Hey guys...so a few months ago...my GS got hit...some lady backed up on to my car lol...the car was so low that her VW CC just rode on top of my hood and bumper. It was a very minor hit too. All she got was a scratched rear bumper. I had a bent hood, destroyed bumper, destroyed headlight brackets, destroyed grill and bent radiator support. I was planning on just working on my AE86 and getting out of the game if they totaled it. Well, they didn't total it. Since buying the GS from the great Gato...I haven't really done much to the car besides minor things. Recently went lower with BC extreme low coilovers. I had the scaras polished last year. The wheels are beautiful but is very weak being driven daily as well as the unforgiving east coast roads. I decide to get some Work Ryver Touring, had it rebuilt to 18x9.5+8 / 18x10.5-4. After the accident I decided to clean up the car a bit more and had all the damage fixed. I am rebuilding the wheels to have 1" more lip all around so the final offset on the new setup will be 18x10.5 -17 5"lip / 18x11.5 -29 6"lip. Hopefully it will fit! I had the fenders done to accommodate the new wheels. Since I daily my car, I wanted it to be a little different than the other daily GS out there so I changed the bumper a tad bit. I also got tired of just rocking the TTE lip. The exhaust piping was also changed and tucked since I kept replacing the old setup every 6 months or so. It is nothing fancy but it will get the job done. The car also got a full respray...same color black cherry pearlI guess this will be my little build thread? It will most likely be slow since I dont have a lot of funds and also working on a different project. I also understand it might not be everyone's taste...so if you have something mean to say...please make it constructive and sound positive as much as possible hahaha! the car is driven everyday so it is not as clean as how I hope it would be. On to pictures!
Old piping. Probably my 3rd set lol...

New fender pull. I wanted something all metal since I daily the car. I also am not trying to build a full vip car but rather just a clean daily driven one. I feel these fenders show that pretty good. The front and rear was pulled to accommodate the new setup which is 18x10.5 -17 5"lip / 18x11.5 -29 6"lip.

Pretty much how she sits now. The car was not raised but the fenders were raised a bit during the rolling process. Nate(Dreamakers) said that I can roll a lot lower now lol. I will see how I like dailying it like that but I might end up lowering it a bit more to make the lips touch the fenders.

The car is pretty much finished besides waiting on some bumper grill pieces. I know most of you can already tell what bumper it is but I had to keep some minor suspense I guess. lol

Once I daily it and feel comfortable, I might consider getting skirts to match. I already am locating for a specific one actually. I will also most likely finally...maybe??? go air next year! I am just trying to keep up with the rest of the left coast!..
She is ready for pickup!...I am planning on putting like euro bracket or plates in front but I want to see it in person first...Let the hating begin! lol
