Is universal air suspension made overseas?   I thought they were in southern california or is that a different company.   So is it that kit "VSC" the price of the kit?   Got any pics?   I actually emailed universalairsuspension.com but haven't gotten a response yet.  I'm somewhat interested

Universal Air kits are made in the U.S.  Yes, the price is for VSC members.  Those pics i posted are all cars running UA suspension.  If you need specific pics, let me know.  We are working with UAS to bring you guys this GB.

two huge thumbs-up for universal air... we at pure performance did the installation for the blk GS400 (dave) and several of their dodge magnum kits that you see on their website. jeremyn's white g35c on top is also a member of our car club, executive konnexion. we've sold univ-air kits to LS400 customers and will be doing a scion xB and a lexus is250 real soon... cheers for univ-air! zach & rich are da best!!!!

I have an 01 ls430 ultra luxury.  What is included in the kit?  How would you rate the ride quality compared to airrunner?  Would I be able to install this kit myself, or would I have to send to a hydraulic/air suspension shop?

i think the coilover shock will blow quickly. if you read the warning signs its not recomended for the the shock to bottom out or be that low. so if you have air, im pretty sure your gonna dump it all the way a lot and it wasnt really made for it to do that. i would just by some tokico or kyb, at least it will cost a lot less rather than blowing a coilover shock and sending it in to get repaired. compared to just buying a new shock that cost less to replace and its brand new.

With the coilovers you set it up so that the shock doesn't bottom all the way out and it will not cause pre-mature shock failure.

Yes we charge $1,000 on install,  But if there was ever a time that you needed any servicing or had any issues we don't keep charging you labor.  Its all covered under warranty. 

We give a 3 year/36k mile warranty on our kits except the compressors.  They come with a 1 year warranty.

Yes, JO Blood and Universal Air are working on a system but it has not released yet.  The system is incorporating JOB Design suspension with Universal Air bags for a complete bolt on system.  We definately will keep you guys posted on the progress!

Kit usually ship out next day after i get payment.  This is not your traditional group buy. This "group buy" is just a sale to all VSC members.  No minimum number of people have to buy before i ship.  Products will ship right away once payment is confirmed.

we are located in L.A.  $2150 shipped.  Add tax if you are in CA.  The UAS system drops and raises the car fairly quickly.  Wiring is pretty straight forward, only splicing might be for ignition power.  Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

I would definitely go with air but alot of folks like coilover set ups as well. It's really your preference. Why not go with both. Air/coilover set up. Haha. Niice.

You should be fine because the bag will never get any closer to that upper arm,  Just make sure that your wheels won't rub against the bag when you camber them in.

can these work with a tein ss coilover?  I'm tired of waiting on my air runners and might just buy these and sell the airrunners when they come in.

UAS diameter clearance is 2.14" if i remember correctly.
 
email tein and ask them for shock body/thread diameter. 2.10" should be your max (leave .4" for room for error)

Actually the bag's id is 2.16, we like to keep it at 2.14 or smaller on the OD.

With the GS it gets really tricky on the rear suspension because the the bag needs to be placed down at the bottom like how it was from the factory.  

We have already done this on the Tein CS series.  As long as its somewhat simmilar and the OD is 2.14 or smaller we can build the lower brackets for the SS but i would need the shock for a few days to build them if its much different then the CS

Wow... 5 months... Worse case senario its going to take me about 4-5 days to build the lowers and 5 days transit to you.

Yes with Calipers measure the Outside diameter of the threaded portion of the shock and also the diameter of the bottom section on the rear.  Typically on Tein (that i have seen) the threads are larger then the bottom body, but just to make sure.

Unfortunally to my knowledge our bag's won't fit in the older odyssey.  Even the newer ones require alot of modification to make them fit.

As far as the bags in cold climate's they are fine, The major issue with the cold is the condensation inside the air tanks freezing.  The best thing to resolve this issue is to add an additive that the semi trucks use for their braking system.

everything is included except struts which stocks can be used or you can purchase aftermarket seperately and gauges are purchased separately.  Other than that, you have everything you need to install.

For stock shocks you have to notch out the spring pearch for the air line to come out.

what all do i need to put bags on my coilovers? i have all the air management and the coilovers themselves, i just need the bags/brackets/etc.

How long is this discounted price going to last? And also, would it be cheaper if I picked it up locally from UAS instead of having it shipped, I live about 10 minutes away.
 
Also, I read a few pages back that it comes with the 380 compressor combo pack, but on the UAS site, under the Lexus airbag setup they list the 480's, so will my Lexus setup come with the 380's or the 480's?

We give a 3 year/36k mile warrany on our kit except the compressors, they are a 1 year warranty.  If your buying peices we give a 1 year across the board.

Our kit has the 3 year warranty even if you upgrade to the dakota controller.  The Dakota Digital product itself will have a 2 year warranty.

We give a 3 yr/36k mile warranty when purchased in our full kit.  Personally i have almost 80k on my 300 with the same bags installed.  I have had customers get over 100k miles out of the same bags.

when they inflate they will shrink a little in diameter.

If there is a kit for the TL, price will be the regular, $2150 shipped.   I personally have had no problems at all with my daily driven car.  I'm sure Mr. Air will tell you the same about his 300C, with about 80k miles on bags and no problems.

One question though, I just noticed that on one of the bags, the inside metal sleeve is upside down. The 3 other bags have the metal sleeve at the bottom along with the air supply port, but one of them has the sleeve at the top of the bag, while the air supply port is at the bottom of the bag.
 
Will this make any difference since the sleeve is at the top instead of the bottom?

I would say it's pretty dope only if you switch to the smaller lines so it's slower! It was pretty fun playin w/ the switch box lastnight! :biggthumpup:

if you go with the dakota digital ride height controller you can adjust the valve speed  to make it go slower. thats why im going with it. this is why i opted this setup over airunner. for a little over 3 grand you can get the uas kit the dakota digital auto leveling kit and a wireless remote. you can have three different settings and adjust the speed of the bags. and great customer support from uas and dakota digital.

i should of said cause it was cheaper haha.. if money was no option that would be a different story i would probably be rockin airunner too.  i think they are both great products. i wasnt aware if you knew that with the dd you can slow the air down.. i like putting my pancakes on top my waffles so i can get the soft and the cruch at the same time

If this is still going on I am interested, F50 Cima 02 q45, what do the front mounts look like for this and do you have any pictures? I have the adaptive suspension. Ive been told it will not work with this strut assembly. Thank You.

Both my compressors died so i sent them back to UAS to have them rebuilt but i only got 1 back... and it's been over 4 months already and i still havent received anything yet. Last time i called was a month and a half ago and they said they sent it to VIAIR because it wasn't the backing plate that was the problem it was the whole thing and that they would notify me as soon as they get it at the shop. I can't even drive my car right now because if my compressor goes out again without a backup i'd be stuck wherever I am with my son in the ride and i dont want that. come on UAS  help me out here!

yup^^ thats a hook up price right there. and if you guys don't know how to do the install let the boys at PG and house of lowriders do it.. I dropped it off a year ago to get it done and picked up my ride in a week. Put around over 20k miles with stock shocks and it still rides smooth, no leaks, and when my compressors went out, The guys at UAS sent them back rebuilt and working again.

o btw how much to get all my air lines switched to 3/8'' or 1/4''??
