Hey everyone, My Name's Vegas, I live on the IL/IN border, host a lot of meets in Chicago.

Thanks, a lot of it is coming together. I Haven't pulled the plug on a set of coils yet, My friend works for a suspension company, so I could get a nice discount if I go thru them, but they would have to be made specifically for me, because they don't offer suspension parts for the Q45. Still debating that. More pic updates soon.

Oh youre doing the legit VIP, coilovers over bags idea?

Nope, Straight coils. Static for life.

I test fitted the wheels and shit, looks ok. I need spacers up front to clear the strut.

Thats pretty much where I want to be, I could use some more tuck in the rear, but I don't hate how it turned out yet.

I may just use a spring setup until my coils are done, or just do the S14 swap shit. Kinda up in the air right now.

Yea, I want 20" LXZs. wheel see what this year holds. I have a ton of other things to accomplish on this car before i try and get new wheels

Someone tried to steal my car last night, I ran back inside to grab my gun and when I ran back out they were gone. 

Then rubbed my wheel at the carwash and skuffed the lip kinda weird.

I was at work, a few minutes before close. Tonight I'm parking right out front, normally park in a dark alley lot behind the shop. 
After they ran away, I started it up and cranked the radio and waited inside for them to come back.

I'll be doing the same tonight.

Haven't Posted here in a while. Tons of new things have happened for the car recently. the suspension arms are all being powder coated as we speak, I'm almost finished building the front coilovers, I entered the car into a Chicago carshow, Tuner Galleria, with only coils in rear, and springs up front, ended up winning Best Infiniti!

As far as the Coilovers go, I initially tried using straight up S14 everything, and it didnt go nearly as low as I wanted, in fact was higher than when it was just on springs.  So I called my friend that got me the suspension, and told me to bring a full set of S13 coilovers to me also, and I yanked out the strut bodies, swapped them into the S14 coilovers, and I now have about 8" of adjustment lower, and 3" or so higher. so I can literally put the frame on the ground, with the wheels in the air. I just got my Knuckles and spindles in the mail, those are off to powdercoat this week as well. and then I should be throwing the front together, and pulling that camber to about -10 rear, -8 front. Thats at least what I'm hoping for. we'll see.

I don't really know much about stealing cars, but They haven't tried since. I actually just moved to, so if they know where I lived, they no longer do.

Went to my old drift spot last night and shredded for a few. Definitely missed it, but I can't go down that road with this car.

Waiting on a about a dozen boxes to arrive this week with parts in them. from suspension to headlights to interior.

I kinda felt bad taking the win.

Update:

FLCAs dont line up with tension rods, the company couldnt even make another set work, using their own parts. so im not hopeful as to if my rear arms are going to work. Ive been sitting on these parts for a few months, ready to have my car done already and this is a major set back.

Might toss the headlights and fogs on tonight and try to get the rear camber arms on.

well got my car more down to earth. got bored and drove a few blocks and snapped some pics. Cops were pissed I drove onto the boardwalk tho. ended up getting the full treatment from them, including nut grabs and butt grabs

It really depends on where you drive. I can take you to smooth roads make one turn and your ready to get out and walk.

Truth. MY road is pretty smooth, but 3 of the 4 surroundings are undrivable for me. 

New progress. Finally got the JDM headlights wired, and put the USDM grill back on, and painted it black. Also ditched the old water filled fogs.
