To answer bh's questions in public...
There is no flood damage to the car.  The car comes from Illinois, and thus does have a little bit of rust on the underbody, but nothing that looks much worse to me than most Florida cars I see.

The car does not have cats in the exhaust, I was told that there are O2 sensor falsies in the exhaust to defeat the CEL.
