What is your budget? When were you thinking of getting?
And unless you're going to do a good job flaring the car and/or making aftermarket control arms to get more neg camber than is avl with stock eccentrics, those fitments won't fit too well. We see pics on the internet of guys with LS400s with pretty extreme fitting wheels, but they never take shots that show how their fenders look like ruffles potato chips with all the ridges in them... which is an awesome way to ruin a nice car imo.

i plan on just doing a fender pull..i know its gonna be a major one though..i been getting ready to purchase a new set of them but decided to look around for a used set first..step lip or reverse lip doesnt really matter...and i jus gave those offsets as an idea, not an exact spec..anything a little less extreme would be fine too

figure in that size range you're looking at around 950-1000+ per wheel, new. used sets unfortunately (or fortunately as the case may be) don't depreciate much in value like ubiquitous eurolines and viennas etc...so either way, they're a pretty penny.
The fitments you have listed are pretty much in line with the set I have now, albeit mine are 1" wider front and rear... and they are a bit extreme even for a Q45, which has more clearance than an LS400. Even with pulled fenders, it's prob better to go at least one step down in outer lip width/offest for an LS. 
thing is, I might sell my ordens soon(er or later) though..so it's something to consider

19x10", +19mm front and 19x11", +6mm rear... Low disk all around... normal rim with curl edge. Considering selling..... depends on how long it will take for me to get another set of leons to replace them with. We'll see...
