custom work needed to bag an estima?

about to bag mine next week.
are there any diy's i can do to make sure i wont have any problems as far as lowering goes?
i was told the rear bump stops need to be modded.
any light on that?
i was also thinking of upgrading my bushings (since my ride is already pretty loud)

i searched but found nothing.

Wish I had wisdom to offer but I am clueless when it comes to baggin an EGG.  Hopefully someone knows for info and can shed some light.  Also please if possible post up what needed to be done in order to make it work.  What kit of kit are you doing?  Custom kit?  Or something already offered on the market?

[B]Difficulty:[/B] If you're not patient with removing/installing things, you will get pissed off with the front struts on 94+ Previas (exlcudes 91-93). Thanks to my buddy Van (One Ton VIP) for the install!! Thanks- (arigatou) 
[B]Recommendations:[/B] Get some good rear shocks because the one supplied with the Air Runner kit was ehh! Planning to get some HKS shocks in the future. Also, lateral rod which can be purchased through one of our vendors.
 
As for the Universal Air, I'm not too familiar with their kits so cant help you there. I'll post some pics later.

good question - anybody have any luck finding a bushing kit?

I found polyurethane bushings on ebay for 90 shipped. it was 91-94 specfic.

If you haven't solidified a design for custom air suspension with only a week until execution, you are probably in dream stage still.  So here's what I'd imagine doing >if< I had a Previa...

1) remove front strut and replace with a universal air strut, weld the lower mounts to offset the shock to accommodate neg camber set with eccentric's.  raise the upper mount above the stock location.  relocate sway bar points.

2) replace rear springs with universal air bag, and make some brackets to mount to oem perch/mounting point.

3) replace oem shocks with a shorter, adj dampening unit

4) remove bump stop

5) replace 4link with adjustable rods

6) replace pan hard with adjustable rod

7) cut out bumper support and mount all mgt in the bumper skin

8) roll dirty

No need to cut out the bumper support. There is enough room even if you dont remove the spare tire holder.
