Help Stretching Tires

I bought some 265/30/19 federals ss-595's for some 19x12 that i have.  I did this bc i saw that the stretch as been done before.  But the guy that mounted them could not get the to seat completely.  Its off by about 1 mm, and they tried 110 psi. Do anyone know a shop in Houston that may be able to help me out?  Thank.

try empire autosport on 610 or steubner airline. they should be able to get it on with a cheetah.
