Could i get some opinions on this kit?

Guys, i have a 1998 acura rl and im looking at this kit for it- it is a wings west kit..

Ill be honest- main reason im thinking of this kit is cost. I dont like any of the other kits for this gen ka9 enough to pay the MUCH higher cost of them. The front and rear i know i like, im undecided on the side skirts though.. 

Also, 
I intend to upgrade to the newer style front end as soon as i find the dang parts, so this kit would be sold off at that point..

I understand this may not be a "vip" kit, but what are your thoughts on it overall?

cut and modify to fit?

I'm not a big fan of lip kits that flare outwards that much. But if you do go with that kit, if you can find side skirts that flare outwards along the whole skirt instead of just the front and rear it'll probably look better.

Id actually really like the kit if the side skirts were solid :(
