For the UFC21 to go with JIC coils would u have to send your spindles to jic to have them welded? I know for the y33's u do.

jic is just a replacement, i believe you can run the ucf10 coilovers in your vehicle, you'll actually be able to "slam" it more with that setup than ones made for our year.
that's not true. it's if the ucf10's use your guy's coilovers we can slam it lower. if you guys use ours, you wont be able to go that low at all!

Ouch... that hurts my brain to figure this out... But i think what you are trying to say is: UCF20 struts are shorter than UCF10 struts, but the mounting holes are the same.

UCF10/UCF20 suspension should be similar in specs. I often see JIC dampers listed in Japanese ads for UCF10/11 UCF20/21, so I'm guessing their interchangable.
Heres a little off topic from my original question. How does the JIC compare to the Tein coils as far as quality/ride comfort goes?
tein's are alot smoother ride, but they can't go as low. however, with JIC's you can drop your car literally under the ground (if that was possible), and it is possible to set it up to ride almost as soft as stock. i read a review thread for flta-2's on CL and the guy said it rode very nicely. it all really depends on how you low you go and how you set the damper adjustment. and as for quality, i've had experience with both tein and JIC coilovers on my previous car, and hands down JIC is better quality. just by holding the coilover you can feel which one is more robust, plus i know alot of people that hate tein with a passion. honestly i used to like tein, and hate JIC, until i had JIC coilovers on my car. JIC > tein imo
I think i am the guy on cl who has the JIC's on his UCF21. The front oem shock is much taller than the ucf stock shock the rears are about the same length. I love the way JIC's ride compared to tein but tein are built much better and easier to rebuilt state side if needed unlike JIC in Japan only. Here is a pic with it on the original height from a UCF10 before i learned of the height difference and raised it back up to balance the car.
