FS: '99 Toyota Aristo Vertex Edition

Hey CL, I have here a 1999 Toyota Aristo Vertex edition that was imported from Japan.

This car will come with the export certificate from Japan, perfect for a drift platform! car is not registered or titled.

car currently has 132519 kilometers or 82,343 miles on the car which is extremely low for a 1999. more pictures are available upon request.

the car is stock mechanically and on the exterior. comes with the JDM Navi headunit which could be bypassed and might be able to fit a USDM unit in there also. trunk could be repaired or you could also purchase another trunk lid and get it color matched.

car has cloth interior with the sought after blackwood trim including shifter surround. interior is in mint condition with no tears or abrasions. passenger side comes with a JDM first aid kit.

car is currently located in central PA and will have to be viewed there.

Looking for $11,000 FIRM. this price is an amazingly low price for a imported car from Japan. You will most likely not be able to get a Aristo for this cheap in the states.

What i am confused about is how this thread doesn't get locked but mine does........
She thinks this car can't be titled/registered. So she is "trying to rip someone off by selling it to someone else".

But me, I know the car can be registered.
I am selling these cars with a clean conscious passing out great deals.
But this one she thinks it can't be titled registered so she is trying to be shady about it......

I know this car is already sold. Lucky the guy is on my facebook friends and I spoke to him.
She told the guy that bought the car, if he wants title he should contact BILLY VAUGHN aka = THE GUY THAT RIPPED ME OFF FOR TITLE MONEY......
So she is trying to get this guy to send money to BILLY VAUGHN so he can rip off ANOTHER person for title money!!!!!!
hahahaha wow....!!!!!

And somehow I am the scumbag ripping people off????
WOW

Yes, a dozen threads by the one same guy who is mad because he spent $1500 for a title that he didn't get because like I said, the guy BILLY VAUGHN ran off with the title money.
And I have already paid the kid back most of his $1500 and am working on paying off the rest - OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.......
So yeah I'm a douchebag because I am paying back this dude's $1500 out of my own pocket because someone else stole his money..

Or you can just read this thread where I sold another guy an aristo same like this one.
And he got it registered and he is happy as shit. Why spread negativity and make yourself look like an idiot when you have no clue what's going on?? :)

Oh, I can tell you that.

These are are imported illegally... So to get a "State Legal" title you must pay someone off at a Title Agency or DMV depending on the state you are trying to obtain a title in (Sounds super legal right?) So I'm assuming his "Title Guy" either got caught or got scared he would get caught and cut communication with this kid.

IF these were imported legally he could take the required paperwork (Customs Release, Bond Release, Letter of Conformity from Toyota, etc) to ANY DMV and a title would be issued for the same price of registering any other car. Since he DOESN NOT have any of those documents (becuase the car was imported illegally) he can not get a title for any of them unless he pays someone $2k or whatever to illegally produce a "state legal" title. It sucks but it's true.

Only three ways to register this car in the US and most of them are skirting the law. Montana LLC, know someone at the DMV or have it registered in another country. So good luck with that. I have looked at so many ways to register a non US car and it's a pain in the ass, plus always having to look over your shoulder. I temp had a car from England with English plates and I was getting pulled every other day. Not worth it unless you have money to burn.

I'm going to answer everyone's question because they think when I don't answer that I'm hiding or something....

This car is SOLD

I know this for a fact because the person that bought the car is my new friend on Facebook.
He told me that the girl that sold the car to him, told him to contact the guy BILLY VAUGHN to get title.
It's funny..... She referred the buyer to the guy that she knows is the real scammer, he is the guy that stole all of her title money from me.
So if anyone is dishonest and scammer it is the girl that bought the car from me. She got scared and SOLD it to someone and referred him to the guy who she knows stole her title money - Just so she can make the sale....
LUCKY I found out that he bought the car before he gave money to the title scammer dude that she referred him to....

And to answer everyone's questions, "why don't I title before I sell".
You don't know anything that's why, but I will enlighten you guys a little bit, this should be a basic answer to your questions.

#1 - I pay A LOT of money to buy the cars.
#2 - I pay A LOT to get the cars here.
#3 - I pay A LOT for storage and everything every month.
#4 - I will have to pay extra money and make extra effort to get the car titled.
#5 - Titled car is worth more but trying to sell a car for what it's worth is difficult.. (Easier to find someone with $13,000 cash than $20,000 cash)
- How many people have large amount of cash on hand?? Not many..
- It's hard enough to find someone with $13,000 cash - much more difficult to find someone that has $20,000 cash.
- I'm not that good with words hopefully this makes sense and you guys are still following me.
#6 - When I sell cars I get nothing but ridiculous lowball offers and trade offers for S13's and Hondas and other stupid shit but when I need is CASH.
#7 - Better, faster, easier to sell unregistered for cheap. Takes longer, and more difficult to sell registered and expensive.

For example: right now I'm selling a 2000 Aristo for $13,000 not titled.
--- After all my costs and everything I'm BARELY making any money. The little bit I make, to make people happy is worth it.
--- If I spend the extra $1500 to get title, and money for travel expenses I'm looking at probably $2000 on top of the $13,000.
--- So after all that work - I will have to sell the car for at least $15,000 to break even. A LOT OF EFFORT - for no profit.
--- SO THEN I could jack the price up to $17,000 in hopes to make $2,000 profit. "JDM TAX"
--- But any potential buyer will try to talk me down to $15,000 or less then I would be back to making nothing.
--- And the time it takes to sell the car 2 or more months could go by and my storage is $700/month, I will have to increase the price of the car every month....?

So my deal is selling unregistered because: Instead of me doing all the effort for nothing the buyer who is going to invest money into the car anyways can do it himself and save himself money.
--- If I was a scammer I would just sell cars and run away, hide, change my phone number, email, username, facebook etc.... But I don't, I keep in touch with everyone I sell cars too.
--- I like to follow up and see people's builds progress. This customer Nigel bought an unregistered 2001 Aristo last year, he already has it registered and he loves the car - http://tinyurl.com/n7u58e9
--- When people contact me about buying a car I always notify them of the title condition AND give them links to other people that are selling the same type of car that's titled.

Other people title JDM cars and sell for HUUUUUGE profit.
For example: I tell people
Buy this 1998 Aristo with title for $20,000 - http://zilvia.net/f/cars-sale/504443-jzs-161-rhd-toyota-aristo-vertex-edtition.html
OR
Buy this 1999 Aristo with title for $23,000 - http://www.clublexus.com/forums/lexus-vehicles-classifieds/678629-1999-toyota-aristo-rhd-vertex-edition-titled.html
OR
Buy my 2000 Aristo without title for $13,000 - Then register it yourself for $1500-$2000 --> Then you can thank me later.

You people are quick to judge on something you know nothing about and you just think everything is free.
Instead of always attacking me, calling me a scammer and whatever; if you people would take the time to read, THINK and COMPREHEND the stuff I say - You will wake up and realize that I am a really open, honest and helpful person.
Thanks for reading this far if anyone did.

Don't have to bribe anyone to get titles.
It is done legally through the DMV.

And Ok fine if that's how you see it. Marijuana is imported illegally from mexico.
Doesn't stop anyone from buying/selling and smoking it....
