wheel fitment question for 00 gs300

I was looking at some wheels for my gs300 but not sure if the specs would work. I am lost when it comes to offsets, so hope you guys can help...its: 
frnt: 19x9.5 (+11)
rear: 19x11  (+18)

would they sit right for the vip stance? thanks in advance

that is slightly aggressive...
 
the fronts should work with a mild stretch...
 
but uncertain on rears......fender flares maybe:confused:
