i can roll fenders to a point without paint damage, but it's never a 100% gaurentee. the flatter you go and/or the older the car the more likely damage will be. if there has been any previous bodywork to the quarters/fenders damage is pretty much inevitable because the underside of the lip is generally not covered well. sometimes i can save it, but sometimes it will chip and it will chip until it reaches a point where the paint is stuck, generally out of sight but not always. i will not pull, other than the slight pull that happens with a flat roll. i believe this is permanent damage to a car to fit a set of wheels in a subpar manner and i won't take part in it. i charge $75/hour and it generally takes 2-3 hours. in the past i did a flat rate, but some people overpaid and every now and then i ended up spending a whole day on it for too little.
