Random Rants - What's Bugging You?

So the point of this thread is to rant, blow off steam about stuff that's bugging you at the moment... and even maybe create constructive discussions about the said subjects. Kinda like the lost chat box, but with continuity beyond the immediate time frame.

Few topics on my "local" news today hit the nerve. First one was about our national hockey league, in Saturdays game former NHL player Jarkko Ruutu(37) tackled hard a 17-year old up-and-comer resulting in a loss of memory and concussion. First Ruutu got banned from the next 3 games and now someone has filed a child protection suit (anonymous???) in the teams local court about the situation. WTF it's hockey, it's supposed to be rough play :saiyancrunks:

And the next one was even better, back in 2005 some Finnish prisoners raised ruckus about inhuman condition and their basic human rights when they had to use "locked jumpsuits" for a few days or more after they got back to prison from WEEKEND VACATIONS if they were suspected smuggling drugs. The jumpsuits were "locked" from the back and sleeves/legs zip tied shut so the prisoners couldn't get their hands on the drugs they had swallowed. Few years back one warden and personnel got sued cuz of this, and now the practice has been decided to cease (by the gov.) pending an investigation started by the [B]European Court of Human Rights[/B]....   Seriously WTF, if you get locked up for committing a crime you surrender your rights, not bitch about whether you are allowed to move and live like you'd like to when your INSIDE. Aargh :saiyancrunks::thelaw:

This damn weather.  It's not so bad but shit, I'm sick as a dog.  It ain't going to stop me from playing golf doh!

Oh and I'll tell you whats NOT bugging me!  :giggity:

So how much does gas cost on your side of the pond? Here it's between 8,28-8,92$ per gallon at the moment... RON 98 - 5% ethanol btw.

We're bitching in Arizona and it's $4.07 a gallon for Chevron premium.

i got hit for $4.19 for 93 yesterday. i just don't see why it jumped almost 25% in a month. last time it went up we knew why, but i haven't heard anything this time.

dudes rocking and selling bootleg t's at wekfest and everytime I go to a meet or car show everyone asking me whats up with my car

i had a crazy ass epic dream last night that seemed like it was a premonition to something really bad about to happen in the near future, but i don't know what so i don't know how to avoid it...   no clues as to what it was in the dream, just that something big and bad had a high possibility of going down in the near term...  since i woke up i've been trying to decipher it, you know, kinda really bugging me at the moment.
