help with adding images

How can I add images to my post?  thnx 4 ur help in advance :)     Why not follow me on twitter?

if you see a pic online that you want to repost, right click on it and select properties then copy the image link and then select the small picture looking icon here before posting and then paste your image link in there and post.   hope that makes sense!
