Need HELP with building new wheels

I need help with choosing right wheels for my new project. I have Lexus IS 2007 on air and I was with my previous set up - Work Euroline 19x9 +30 , 19x10 +25 and was fine, but now I want something really more agressive. Rear had 4.5 inch lip and now is time for more Forum image
Im gona do a fender work by widening ( Im thinking about 2 in on rear ). Im looking to get Leon hardiritt ordens or kranze bezreia or kranze vishunu. As it is hard to get them in so agressive setup to have a lot of lip Im thinking to buy a narrow - 8-8.5in wheels and buy a custom lips. But what size I should get to have narrow inside barrels, that after adding custom lip, wheel is not gona be extreme wide ( I think 11-11.5 in total?? )
Is anyone can help me, becouse Im bit confused

No lie, you need to start reading up on how to build wheels. There is a thread stickied in this section by B gorman. Read that entire thread then ask some questions.

Nobody here can tell you what you need to build wheels where you don't know that you want. Know what I mean?

Well you dont need to turn it into rocket science, just think like this: if you are gonna add 2 inches of flare to your rear fenders that means you can get a lip that is 2 inches bigger for the outer barrel...which would make your overall rear wheel size 12inches...if you want a smaller rim..then get a inner barrel that is 1 inch smaller than your current setup..and that would give you 19x11 with a 6.5 inch rear lip...(that keeps offset math out of this keeping it rear simple..)
best thing to do is to get the wheels you want...and then build your fender around it..never modify the fender first...
