VH engine builders?

I'm not an engine builder and my Y33's VH41 is not doing well and I'm thinking, but probably going to, rebuild it. Anyone had this done, and also how much did it cost?

I had one replaced before from a salvage yard(used motor) cost 2100 installed took them about 2 days, but i ran that damn car up 300k before i sold it, never had any issues.

Yes, but I'm also interested in turboing the motor, and want stonger internals. But right now I'll probanly just do a junkyard motor

I had mine rebuilt,  picked up another motor for $400. Posted about #1200. Took about 5 months to get done.

the only problem is that there are only about three of the cars in the area I live in and the nearest Infiniti dealer is an hour and a half away so engines are scarce. So I guess my only option is eBay.

Google online, i cant remember the company but there were several across the country that delivered. It's worth the shot.

I would love to see the outcome to this because no one as far as i know has touched the power side of the y33. Its been all cosmetic.
