i saw it, looks like a mode parfume regalia kit molded to a civic bumper.

Unsure, Junction Produce or Mode Parfume, but I don't mind, but my concern is that everywhere have asked for the price, nobody has replied back yet. Don't know if they don't have it or what but nobody replies ?

Anyway if you can guide to where to find it ?

the link you posted is not leading to an image or a website. you should probably rehost

i searched for the link, it is a modified mode parfume bumper that has been fitted for a civic. just like brainneeded said. this bumper is NOT a junction produce bumper and it was produced in thailand.

Where can I get any bumper designed to act like a a VIP style, origial or replica, anybody know of someone in USA selling it ?

To what car? You can contact the site vendors for bodykits and let your local bodywork shop do the customizing work...

Well most of the Thai cats buy a platform kit (high-end Infinity/Lexus) and customize it to fit their non-platform cars (Camry/Honda/etc. regular sedans), at least that's my understanding...

You can find it on ebay and craigslist. Pricing depends on the engine dealer so it varies but you will have more option on both this online selling 
sites so buy the one which suits to your need.
