2 piece welded iforged 19's, can i cut and turn into 3 piece safely?

well pretty much i picked up a set of iforged 19's for really cheap... fronts are 8.5 and rears are 10.5 but offset is weak and one of the rear lip is bent.

these are welded 2  piece wheels. i want to convert them to 3 piece wheels.. i called wheelflip and ask if they do it and was told that it is not safe convert welded 2 piece to true 3 piece wheels..

is this true? they told me it has to do with the flange

Just depends on if they removed a flange on one half before welding. If its just 2 full halves, then it can be cut and returned to a 3pc wheel.  it will require the right tools / steady hand to get a clean cut tho ;)

im 100% its 2 piece, no flange i see no welding on the barrel as they do not have tires mounted on them right now..

if the face is not welded to the barrel you can send it off to iforge to have them rebarrel them.
