WTB: 19" wheels

I am in the market to purchase a set of 19" wheels. Since I am looking for some similar to Euroline SLs, SSR Viennas, Leon Hardiritts, Weds or Walds, I figured this would be a great forum to start. My budget is around $2000, so "project" wheels are welcomed as long as they hold air, no bends, etc.

I am looking for the following specs:

5x114.3 PCD

19x8.5 through 19x10.5 with offsets of +18 through +30 depending on lips and width.
