Fabulous Profound II's on UCF10 (91 LS4)
I haven't really found the help I needed in the wheels section hence the reason why I am posting this in the Lexus specific section.
Ok, I'm a wheel n00b so this is for you 1st Gen UCF10 guys, I have a question that I think only you guys can help me out with. There's a set of Fabulous Profound II's with these specs:
F - 18x9 +20 offset
R - 18x10.5 +30 offset
What would I need to do to get these rims to fit on my 1st Gen UCF10? The technicals.

I thought they were 19's... but those should fit no problem. Maybe just need slight roll if using large tires but nothing drastic.

no bro. I've been on a constant hunt now for a few days. I'm talking 24/7 hunt. Even going to sleep late because of it.
I was told "they would not fit at all" and that I should go with something between a +35 to +37 offset. Now I'm being told that a pull and a fender roll would be better than a flare and that the Fabulous Profound's
can work.
gmckey, PM your cell number. I'm gonna call you right now. Need to talk to you about something about the UCF meet.

if you are finding your info from club lexus, then no, they consider that too aggressive. BUT if you look at the fabulous car, its something like 19x10/19x11 with a +30 offset (dont quote me, if you want the info, go to fabulous' website, they have it listed). stock body, just a roll, and stretch/tucked into the fender. IF what specs i said were correct, then your wheels should fit no problem. go to the fabulous website though (japanese version).

ok, so is a +20 offset in the front too unreasonable?

probably not. put them on, lower it, see how it works out. roll the fender lip flat, if you need more, massage it out a little bit..

You can get them to fit but wont be easy......... the more work you have to fit a wheel the bigger a lip your going to get and thats what you want. If you go plug and play then Mid 30's will work best.

for those not "in the know", this is the car (the "fabulous" car) we're referring to in this thread:

for perspective

f - 19x9 +5 low disk (+25 offset w 20mm spacer)
r - 19x10.5 +5 super low disk
rolled fenders

f - 19x9.5 +35
r - 19x10.5 +24
not sure about fender work
+35 on a 9.5 inch wheel works, while +5 on a 9 inch wheel with a fender pull does not... 30mm is just over an inch (25.4mm is 1 inch), and it seems to make a huge difference.
