BC Racing Coilovers for UCF10

Hello guys

So I am planning to purchase coilovers for my ucf10. I am wondering what spring rates would you guys recommend on a 93 ls400? I am planning to get the extreme low kit but not sure what spring rate to get.

Also does anyone know what is the stock spring rate on the ucf10?

My goal is to not sacrifice too much on comfort but also feel sporty and little to no body roll when turning. Comfort isnt the main goal here but I dont wanna be bouncing up and down while driving on uneven roads LOL

extreme low is -20mm/+2k spring rate. proper coilovers will not cause the car to bounce. they will increase the road feel, depending on what rate you choose, but bouncing is the result of insufficient damping and/or travel. the way i go at it is to determine how low you plan to go. if you plan to go really low then run high rates, if you're going to keep it moderate then a stock or extreme drop kit will be fine. every application has a certain amount the damper can be shortened which needs to be done as spring rate is increased and will determine your max spring rate without sacrificing ride height.

I decided on 14/10.

i believe that's  what my jic were, although they are valved very differently. worked well for me.
