Random: Has anyone here ever traded vehicles out-of-state?

So I received a fair trade offer on my Y33 this week, only issue is the offer is coming from out of state, Louisiana to be exact. 
Has any one dealt with a similar transaction like this before?
I am wondering how do we "cover our asses" so to speak. I already ask for compression test and video of a start up and walk around of his vehicle. Along with verifying the title and registration to the VIN and his DL number.
My main concern is how do I assure my vehicle to be delivered to him and his vehicle to me. And what do we do with the titles? Can AAA or shipping companies secure and arrange all that between us since they would be neutrally involved?
I am sure some one in the history bartering has crossed this bridge before. And I do not plan on taking a trip out there or driving my car that distance so please refrain from those suggestions.

Spend the money and have a PPI done at a shop of your choosing. Other than that, you can use a lawyer as a medium to hold the titles until all conditions are met and everything is as you expected.
