more lighting for the front of my LS430.

hey guys, kind of tired of my current lighting system on my car. as of right now im running 6k low beams and fogs.. but i want more, im thinking like the picture included. can i get some input where to look for LEDs like this, and how to properly wire them? thanks guys.
