Air Suspension Install In Washington??

I Was Wondering If Anyone In Washington Has Experience Installing Air Suspension In Cars.. I Have A 99 Gs3 And Am Contimplating Picking Up Some Universal Air Suspension For My Car However I Wouldnt Know Where I Would Take It Or Who Would Help Me Install It.  If Anyone Has Any Info Please Contact Me Thanks
