Anodized Polish (Mirror Finish) or Chrome ?

Hi,

so I'm buying a new set of deep dish, but the thing bugging me is the finish, should I choose Anodized Polish which gives a Mirror Finish but so does Chrome.

So what should I choose of the 2, I have these questions:

1.The difference between both finishes, in terms of Quality.
2.Which will have its finish last longer when used.

If I'm correct the Anodized Polish is the basic mirror finish and should last less longer than Chrome finish.

Advise please.

The lips....

Anodizing gives it a hard finishing coat but it's not as hard as chrome, also chrome is easier to maintain.
