I purchased coilover suspension from a member on a VIP forum. The seller listed the parts as used, and I was ok with that. I contacted the seller and was told the parts were fine and that in fact "Did not have blown shocks". before I made payment I stressed to the seller I did not want to buy suspention with bad shocks, he re assured me that they weren't. So I sent him a payment of 680 (that included the shipping he told me). he shipped the parts the same day which was great! I got the parts in the mail today. The box was not in one piece when I got home. I opened the box to fine that the shaft inserts on each shocks had been un-screwed and there was no fluid in them. I screwed down the spring and in fact the shocks had no pressure at all. NONE! I never would've bought these parts from him if he was just honest with me in the first place. and since the company doesn't make replacement parts for them anymore I cannot get them fix! I was lied to so the seller could make some money on parts that were not as described. Ive made a dispute with paypal about this. I suggest you man up and do the right thing here. I cant believe people still do this on public forums.

I was not aware of the coilovers being in the condition that is stated here.  I will be resolving this issue in a mature manner with the buyer.

so has this been resolved?

Sorry to bump this, but anyone know a way to replace whatever gas/fluid is in the damper? I have a set of anceltions in need of that procedure lol
