9K Felicia's IDGAF Q45 President Build

I used to own a prezzy prior to this and regretted getting rid of it. After about a year of wanting another one, I decided to search the  highs and lows of craigslist for a new project. After two months of looking I found the perfect candidate. My build will  consist of me doing what I feel like doing. 

I don't need a fusa, junction produce parts, Japanese things, or name brands to make me something. I am not JDM or from Japan. Straight USDM baby! All american and proud of it. I just need the self gratification that I busted ass and made a legit build. My car, my work, and my ideas will be building this. Not really caring about what people think or how not VIP this will be. Quality and precision is what my focus is.

Straight smashing my nails, working under the lifts until mornings, and giving it my all. Of course bodywork is handled and the more technical things will be covered by 9K's master tech. Times to break boundaries and fuck shit up! All or Nothing baby.

I got a referral to a custom sema body and paint guy who will be doing  work out of our shop for a great price. So he will be making my body  dreams come true. Fixing the dings on the hood from shipping.

Shaving the bumper line, because fuck it. It will either look great or  really horrible. We will find out right? I didn't feel like welding  since its somewhat permanent so my guy suggested fiberglassing the gap  and then smoothing it out. So here it is:

Since the bumpers are molded from factory, we will have to flush sand the edge, plastic weld, and then smooth to finish.

We had our l.e.d guru stop by and I asked him to deck my car out with  some stuff. I went with hyper white led door triggered lighting, red led  dome lights, white exterior lighting, white cluster lighting, and blue  shifter area lighting. Total of 25 replaced leds. I am happy with the  color choices. I will post better pictures once I use a real camera.  This picture gives the lighting zero justice. One of the cooler mods  done to my car so far.

Came  across this exhaust tip setup. Exactly what I wanted. I don't want a  loud car or straight pipe so I want to use the stock exhaust then  mandrel bend the dual outlets to a single flange with this at the end of it.  Maybe about 1' of exhaust poke in the rear.

Just a quick photoshop on a regular g50 to see where I am at. After the adapters it will give me a 19x9 +9 all around. Just vary tire sizing and camber and it should be on the money with fitment.

Executive glass tinting in covina hooked up the car with some  5% all around quality mild grade tint. Came out legit.

Got a roll of the good stuff to tint my phg50 lights and tail lights once they come in from overseas. Its called 7% graphite tint. It is custom made and looks gangster as fuck.

picked up some HKS coilovers from an s14 with 4/6k spring rates to put onto the q45. I know I know. You are probably thinking. Felicia gone fucked up now trying to fit some 240sx coilovers on her g50. Luckily I have a team of trained professionals to help me along my way.

I will document and teach you how to turn any coilover into a chassis specific coilover.

Even those these coilovers are at least half a decade old, the shock bodys are in great shape. No rust, leaks, and rebounds perfectly. Not a bad pickup for half the retail of coilovers on the market and with better quality. Plus these are rebuildable! So if something were to happen, we just send these down to Feal coilovers aka Odi Backhis and have them revalved/reconditioned.

Only downside to these are that the pillow ball top hats have play in them. Not a big deal since we have to change those out anyways.


More to come once all my parts come in. I don't work on cars until all parts are 100% ready to rock so I have no down time or wasted space sitting on the lifts.

R32 GTS-t Coilovers would have bolted on your setup (OR z32 if you swap lower mounts in the rear since you are using a S14 spindle). The S14 rears are 300 feet too long (same as R33) and the front you'll need to swap the lower mount anyway.

We do not scam or harm our customers. Our shop has been in business for over 3 years and has become the success it is within those 3 years. IF by some way a customer thinks he was "RIPPED OFF" by us in any way than all they have to do is contact us. 

Its not like we are difficult to deal with. From 5 dollar items to over 10k monthly builders.

Our shop deals with over 50k customers in our database. All I have to do is click a simple enter button and I can pull up every account of anyone who came in contact with us.

Now that my thread is pretty shitted on I will now be leaving VSC. Not worried about it. I just don't look forward to being apart of this website's community. 

Its been a pleasure to deal with the positive people. I will post the new build thread on stanceworks so you can follow it from there.

The rotten eggs always ruin it. Hopefully VSC can rise up from its dead slow posting forum pace to a something more energetic and fun.

It was my car and a photo I personally took - therefore my copyright. I nicely asked for your company to remove it on your Facebook page - not once or twice, but multiple times. Because you were selling a knockoff version for pennies compared to the original, it was not representative of the product your customer would actually receive. When I suggested that your company use images (which I posted) to be used as they were also ill-fitting knockoffs, I was banned from your page. "It wasn't me" is a very unprofessional response. My employees represent my business just as much as I do as CEO.

I find it hilarious, ironic, and hypocritical how she talks about ethics and manners and haters when the other guy is co-owner who uses the user name came on here's as  not wanting to listen to people's advice (even though he asked one of those awesome "will these wheels fit" quesrions) when he first joined up and how he knew everything because he ran a shop and started talking trash to me personally and how he had so much more experience than me or anyone else and that because I drive something fwd I was immediately exempt from being knowledgeable. and then proceeded to buy parts from my company about a month later.

moral of the story:

act like trash, get treated like trash.

[B]The car build is great[/B], but I don't like the hypocritical aspect they do/ run things, then 4 of my friends bought things from them and get rip'd off by not getting a exchange or refund or at least a tracking #, they didnt get anywhere all they (9k) said " hey delete you post and we can take care of it" 1yr later still nothing. All they received was an angry employee yelling at them. They got over it and charged it to the game. So glad because I was about to buy some stuff from you guys for my 240 build. Glad I didnt. 

Just because you have "50,000 customers" and "3 yrs in business" doesn't mean your the sh*t. your actions and response to other opinions is what makes your company look like trash. 

Just because you have "meet" where alcohol is served to probably minors, is the only reason so many kids go to your shop. yea parts are on the cheap, but your customer service and way of handling stuff is crap. 

At the end of the day we all have our experiences with/and opinions on things and companies. 

How do you expect people to be positive to your build, with a reputation like the one you have on several forums?

I remember when a local shop out here had a supra. skylines and other "cool" cars only to find out the job and customer service was sh*t, along with some of the jobs they did... besides one mechanic he knew his shit. 

I try'd to stay positive for a while since this build thread started, but i couldn't/ cant stand the way you guys carry yourself, either be facebook, forums or yelp... I dont know what other experiences other members on this forum have with you, but that's on them.
