Here's mine. Couldn't pic a paint color and wanted something better than the junky paint I had.

It's a matte finish. My plans re to do the car in matte white at sometime in the near future using paint not plastidip or even vinyl.

honestly i'm more impressed with plastidip then I am with vinyl. the results are better imo and I like that it's reversible. durability also seems good. I hate that it's cheap and trendy, so everyone is going to do it (if they haven't already), but on a well thought out build that calls for matte finish i'm not against it.

I don't know if it's my bodyshop background or the many hours of prep I've put into 10k paint jobs.

But I think this looks like total shit, I've been a hater of the product since day one. It looks cheap and you can tell what it is right away, the finish is that of 120 grit sand paper yet the guys that have it (or worse the ass holes that charge people to DO IT) actually think it is comparable to real paint and that Plastidip is going to be the end of the paint world.... No lie, I actually got into an E fight with a dude that really believes that.

That being said, I have a car that has had every single panel painted 2-3 times over, I now also have a vehicle that I wrapped in Hexis vinyl. Do I like the vinyl? Meh it did the job of a cheap and easy colour change and 80% of people have no idea... do I wish I had painted it the colour I wanted to? Hells yes. Would I spend $300 to cover it in a tool coating? Fuck no!

BTW, I by no means want to offend anyone with that, don't take it to heart like I'm attacking anyone.

You do you and if you're into that's alright by me!

I like using it for small pieces, but doing a whole car is just not for me.
I plastidiped the shiny chrome-look plastic around my shift boot. It was the only thing I hated about my interior, but didn't want to paint it permanently.
