Question about change shift knob for previa??

I'm try to change OEM shift knob to may be crystal shift knob.
but i just want get more info how hard to change...........
please advise!!

you have to cut and weld it..  relocate the OD switch...

Just make sure when you are removing the shifter you don't lost that spring.
