Accuair air Management question?

Does anybody know if this management system works on air cups with coilovers? 
I figured it would since it looks like its just leveling sensors right?

Im not going to say for sure but I dont see why not, but I'm not real familiar with cup kits.  Only thing is why?  I thought the purpose for cups was for clearance like getting over speed bumps and into driveways.  Dont see what having a leveling system would be for.

you do not want auto leveling on a cup kit. if you wanted to use accuair parts you could use the switchspeed.

Well I need something to help me know when what ride height I am at. I hate that I have to guess my ride height, or get out and look. I usually have it all aired up when I drive but I kinda would love to have a cruise stance and know that I am at a safe stance and not go too low and rip off my front bumper.

Not sure if I should save and sell my cup/coilover setup and get bags instead.

I thought with cups you weren't supposed to ride with air in the cups at all?  Basically drive around where you have it and just use the cups to raise up to clear obstacles, then air it out.

I have bags so I'm sure someone with cups will chime in.  Or ask OG above, he knows whats up

It sounds like you want bags instead. Cups are for driving low, aired out, and raising only when needed. Just thoughts, but I'm assuming the o-rings/gaskets can only handle so much pressure and wear out faster when driven on inflated.

Hmmmm so I am thinking I am just gonna change this setup and get bags instead. Any recommendations?  I will wanna do the Accuair management too.

I bought the car, so I could have a good platform on a building a VIP car.
So I should probably raise the car up? I havent found much info on Exotic Air cups.

Thanks to everyone who has gave me some input. Guess imma do some research and figure out what I wanna do. Need to plan this whole build out then start purchasing items.

Cup kits are for driving pretty slammed most of the time and short term lifts to get over obstacles. You'll probably want airbags over your coilover setup for more of a custom setup. Bags require more wiring depending on what management you get. The most basic and cheapest is manual paddle switch type that don't require electronic valves and your car to be running, but accuair or a valve type system would work just as fine as long as you're okay with more electronic wiring and possible chance of electronic failure since you're dealing with more electrical parts per say as well as a higher cost. I hope that helps a little.

Yeah the point of cups is to only put air when needed like (speed bumps, entrances, etc). If you had cups I think it would be easier to have it manual than on an actual management. Do more research for what you are looking for, because you might want a full bag setup rather than a cup kit.

So coil/bag setup is used for the same reason? Then I may be selling my coil/cup setup here soon once I get a diff setup.

why? you can use bags over coils and sell the cups.

just slam the coils and use the cups. use a manual set up front and back and your set.

to the original question, yes you can run cups on accuair. BUT as what folks already mentioned you are not suppose to run air in the cups while driving.

from what you have told us already, it sounds like a bag/coilover setup would suit you best. what car are we talking about here?

2001 LS430. It was Solomans Job Design / Exotic Air car. I just bought it a few months ago.

yes stay with the coils, sell the air cups, and just fit bags onto the coils. Then youll be able to go as low and high as you want.
