VIP CURTAINS legality?/ CA

Has anyone been cited or pulled over for having curtains in California? I know that you can't have anything that obstructs the view of the driver's face. Of course I'm not closing the curtains while I drive. Should I be worry-free of having curtains in my car?

If you don't put em in you'll never have to worry about it. That's my suggestion. :)

Im sure for the back you would be fine since you can tint the rear windows. Fronts might be poking the bear a little more. 

either way they are probly completely illegal to have no matter what state, some are just more nazi than others.

vans have had curtains since the 60's, some stock (Volkswagen) so I don't think there is a legality issue, just as long as drivers face isn't obscured. I had them in the Y33 and got pulled over once, the cop mentioned the tint on the fronts, but nothing about the curtains, then told me to have a nice day.

Hqve had mine for 7 years with no problems  but I never drive with them closed
