stanced out FRS with vip themed interior. confused much?

Nothing in the interior makes it VIP, just like putting those things in an otherwise stock Q45 wouldn't make that VIP either. 

Maybe he just likes them?

^ this. just like kids that hang dolls on their rear bumper but don't street race. and kids that have tow hooks or tow straps on their front bumper, but dont track their car. makes absolutely no sense to me at all.

The owner isn't claiming it to be VIP so maybe he just likes that crap... I mean, I don't see a problem with him doing it. It's a little weird and different, but it's better than a completely stock "VIP CAR" car with all that crap inside claiming to be VIP.

sigghhhhh the more i see people wanting to be vip or make the attempt with a car non vip, The more i want to throw two fingers up, say fuck it and buy a mustang with a American flag sticker on my bumper. They are killing the game LITERALLY.
