My 99 y33, goes through wheels.... lol

Didn't really have a build thread or thread to just post up random stuff about my car so figured I'd make one, I'll post up the process of this car later on.

Anyways car is a 99, picked it up off an older dude that spent his winters in florida and lived locally for the summer. Picked it up with 110k miles. Drove it for about a year with very little done to it, then decided to get going with the car...

Thanks man! The car is actually wrapped right now, that's Hexis Gloss Grey metallic. 

Paint is probably in the cars future though....

how do you like the hexis stuff?

Finish wise it's nice, but the shit is hella thin so paint has to be cleaned up a fair bit if it has imperfections. The Matte is a lot thicker though.

It's also not very sticky until you torch it and seal it, which kinda goes both ways. It's easy to pull up when you're working out the wrinkles but makes it hard to get contours to stick down properly.

Overall it's solid for the money, if i wrap it again I'll probably use it or Avery.

haha, that they would. I've honestly always wanted a set but can never bring myself to pull the trigger. 

Plus as long as jermaine has his I don't think any Y33 should run em.... till he's done at least.

Clean. I think your car would look better w/o tint IMO

I honestly can't drive without tinted windows. I hate fish bowling. I also usually have a tonne of shit in my back seat and passer bys could stare at that junk for hours lol
