Introduce myself... + some help

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I recently picked up an 88 E30 m3 and want to throw some rims with a mild stretch.  Nothing crazy but just something that if I wanted to tuck fenders, it would pose less of a problem.  What brand tire and size would you recommend for 17x8 and 17x9?  Thanks!  Here are some pics...
