LS430 Build

Hey guys, finally picked up a LS430.

How she looked the day I bought her.

Now with a set of Megan coils. (Wouldn't recommend these for going crazy low static like I wanted
 to do. I'll be switching to BCs with custom rates so I can go lower)

Rolled front/back fenders.
19x9 +23
19x10 +20
225/35/19s all around. Minimum rub at full lock, still working on the fenders.
Still on stock camber, haven't aligned it yet since I lowered it.

Im really liking those style 132's..  Might look into getting some as spare wheels :P

Finally you have prepared for riding of a new LS430. You will get the better experience with this car.

Thanks guys! I'm still working on the fitment of these wheels. Need new tires for some more stretch, new Swift springs with up'd spring rates and spacers.

Got some new wheels! Came across a killer deal on some Work VS-XX so I went ahead and sold the BMW wheels to grab em.

19x8 +51
235/35/19

Started to split them and ordered new lips. 6.5" rear lips and 4.5" fronts.

New specs will be
19x13 -12
19x11 +13

I will post some new pictures of the wheels with the new lips soon!

Also did a little mock up of the 13" rears with stock fenders still. Probably right around -15 camber? Widebody work will start soon enough.

get going homie, im finishing my air sunday and picking up those walds

So to achieve the static fitment I want, I had to up my suspension game up a bit. Started with the fronts. My Megan EZ Street coils got to meet a brand new set of 34k Swift Springs. They are about 2.5" shorter and obviously a hell lot stiffer.

Your shocks are valved for 10k but the springs are 34k. They are not going to last very long nor are they going to ride very nicely. :(

Yeah I know unfortunately! I'm gonna be replacing the struts are well! This is temp

Front lips came in. 4.5" resulting in a 19x11.

whoa yeah that some crazy spring rates! 34k?! sheesh. i've run full stiff on JIC coils and stiffened up the preload and the ride is so unbearable you can't even control the gas pedal due to too much bouncing. hope yours isn't the case!

Just put all my adjustable control arms, traction arms and toe arms last night. Tweaked it around a little on stock wheels.

Looking good man! That camber looks so great!

A couple of you asked for a picture of the control arms I'm running in the rear. The toe and traction arms are built the same way.

Currently at -11 without even being close to maxed out.

So far, no bind and I'm at -13! I only wanna go 2 degrees more so I should be good!

Did some fender work and test fitting. Got both the fronts and rears to fit on one side. Fronts currently sitting at 19x11 +2 at -6 degrees of camber. Rears are 19x12 -0 at -13 degrees of camber. Looking to do another 4-6 degrees of camber up front and a small spacer, and the rear maybe a small spacer and 2 degrees of camber.

Another quick update. Started the finishing part of the fenders. Have to sand them and put a nice skim coat of bondo and finish them up. While I was at it, I decided to throw in a fender vent.

Haha it rides stiff as hell but I daily it no problem! I'm waiting to build a set that are valved and built for the 34k so we will see how they ride haha

Well quite a bit has happened in the last few weeks...

I finally got all 4 wheels on to the point where I could drive. I took a turn into a parking lot, hit the lip while turning and the tire sucked up my fender like a french *****. Destroyed the driver's side fender and rim lip. SO. I ordered air. Aero Sport bags, with a double 400c Viair compressor and 5 gallon tank setup, AVS 7 switch switch box and Air Lift 2-way manifolds. Installed it Thursday night and sure enough, I'm driving home and the front left bag airs out on me and the fender eats into the tire, resulting in a blow out. Not exactly sure the front air bag aired it's self out but its been fixed since. SO I'm waiting on a new tire to arrive any day and I have to do a little bit of cleaning up of the wheels but the front of the car is bagged and working 100% and the rears will be going in, in the next week or two. I also ordered a new fender which should be here Friday. Hopefully the car will be looking half way decent again for the weekend. So new fender came in, rear bags are in, adjustable front uppers are in �� and wheels are back on with fresh tires. Loving life at the moment. Achieved -9 with Figs fuca without modifying the knuckles yet which I plan to do soon. Here is how she looks at the moment. Little bit of aligning to do, then aero and in for paint!

The car is currently bagged on all 4 corners now, fitment is almost where I want it, then it goes in the body shop for a clean up and color change! I purchased a Shine Auto front lip, but am still indecisve about what side skirts I wanna do. Anyone running the Shine or Extreme Dimensions skirts? I wanna see how they actually look. Thanks! Thanks man! Surprisingly I'm doing good at the moment! Been on them for 2 weeks with no sight of crazy wear yet! Lets see how they hold up haha

The front lip will transform the front of the car. I think the shine auto side skirts go pretty well with the lip

I ended up doing a 235/35 on the 11 and a 265/30 on the 12. Wish I did a 225/35 on the 11 though.

Done a lot of work in the last 2 weeks. Skirts and rear diffuser is on,  dual projector fog lights are in the works as well. I received and  installed the Rocket Bunny wing which I think looks absolutely awesome.  The new exhaust tips are here as well so I have to weld it up and  install those. Heres some shots to keep you interested while I finish up  some shit. Car will be wrapped this month as well.

Since the wrap is going on I figured I'd clean up the little dings and dents on the car before it was done. The wrap should be finished by the end of the week along with the wheel refinish. Finally coming along.
