now let me ask you all this.. i am geting tint in what i "think" is 20% all around installed right now.  the old vietnamese guy showed me numbers on the wall and was saying something i couldn't understand. what's the likelyhood that i'll get pulled over (CA) ??

I wouldnt worry about the tint, I have 5%/10%/15% on my windows and I havent gotten any static. you arent tinting the windsheild too are you?

it's suppose to tuck the wheels... but its no where near it.

tanabe df210/bilstein hd

df210s are suppose to slam the car down pretty good.  they rate it at about 2"+ and the eibach sportlines rate at 1".  the bilsteins were suppose to make it even lower because it has an adjustable perch, but in the end.. its no different.  they even got a demo pic and it looks a lot lower.  but then i realized in the pic they were using worn down struts and parked the car between a dip(shady pic imo). i already complained to tanabe.  im pretty dissapointed. im still hoping it will settle more (its been 1000+ miles past)

yeah the gold emblems actually look good on it. you ought to finish it up with a gold pin stripe like the JP destiny

Car does look very nice and those are great pics too bad the suspension didnt turn out how you wanted it though.What if anything does Tanabe have to say about this? In the end I like you hope she settles and gives you the stance you desire good luck.

yea.. i duno if theres anything to mod and how much it costs though.  if its a direct bolt on, i'd definitely do it. i'd even buy the rear matching trunk

i think it is a bolt on, all you need is grill, lights, fenders, hood, bumper support and a front bumper.
im pretty sure, i read it somewhere.

i hope the 98-00 works maybe ill do that conversion later as well, 
i have the wald aero for 98-00, as far as rear bumper sides it fits perfect, just the front bumper needs a lil sanding to match the  95-97 headlights

I'd complain to your dealer or to tanabe and demand a refund asap.

that's false advertisement and it is ILLEGAL. 

bilstein-tanabe's are only a few hundred bucks away from tein coilovers. 

I've learned the hard way and ended spending more to get what I really want.

slow down...don't be so quick to blame the company for your assumptions.

they said it rates it at a 2" drop correct? did you measure your car at stock height and then with the dropped height? did it drop it that rated 2 inches?

well....if you look closely, it's just BARELY tucking the top of the tire on this one. that's a 15 inch rim with a 65 profile tire...so yeah, it's gonna look like it's lower. they look even on the pavement to me, both tires are on opposite sides of the gutter, kind of straddling it.  i say just don't worry about it, or if you are disappointed, cut your springs! lol that'll give you the drop you want. 

it looks fine the way it is now, it IS just springs/shocks.

aha o sheit nice. im rocking 20% all the way around too... even on the front windshield :) i dont drive the car so i wont have any problems at night or w/ cops though
