Where to buy pre-owned VIP wheels (20")?

Looking for a set of (f:20x9 / r: 20x10) VIP wheels for my LS430.  I don't want to wait for the normal 6-8 weeks for a wheel to arrive from Japan nor do I want to spend over $3k for the set.  I think the best option for me is to deal with some pre-owned wheels.  Other than private sellers, any shops here in the US with a good selection?  I am located in CA but willing to pay shipping for out of state shops.  Thanks in advance.
