what amazes me, is the fact that japan only had 53 known shootings last year. that's amazing.

It is Illegal to have a gun in Japan. (When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns!) Hence the Yamaguchi-Gumi!!!

seems like a stupid reason to shoot and kill somebody. so he had some damage done to his car, more than likely he has plenty of money to just get it fixed and keep driving. i dont know how japanese laws are but im going to guess that he wont be driving anything for some time now, gangster or not

probably had other problems/run in's  with that mayor, hence the uncovering his scandal's etc.

upon further investigation, his car was damaged during the tow because his 2007 black LS460 (with auto couture kit and 20" auto couture empress wheels) was sitting on the pavement with completely deflated air bags. The  tow company had to remove the bumpers to hook up the tow hooks.......................... =)

actually it had something to do with disagreements on public work bids.
