HD 929 build thread

I never did a build thread for my FD, and I kinda regret it.  So, here's one for the 929.

First, the car that convinced me to get a 9 was this BA Sentia

I have big plans. Already have a body kit. Going to go with wide fenders, 18 inch Equips and VS-TX's. Diamond stitch interior. Still trying to chose between 3 different color options. 

....maybe air someday.

[FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3][COLOR=#000000]Shortly after I got it, I slapped the LM's on and took it toMazfest. The event coordinators made me park in general parking at first,because they didn't know it was a Mazda. But apparently JNC did, because theytook this pic and put it in their Mazfest coverage.

So, I started acquiring parts for it.

 So, I started acquiring a few things

 But then some dumb ass kid killed it. Parked outside of my house. Kid was messing around and lost control of his Expedition and destroyed my car. Bent both of the rear wheels.

 So that was the end of that one

 I liked the 9 so much, and had plans, so I got another one.

 Threw a different set of Equips and lowering springs on.

 Blew a tire on the 19's, so I put the CR Ultimates from my FD on the rear and my 18 inch Equips on the front. Also threw the JIC's on this one

one of the sexiest bodies on a big sedan ever. So swoopy and curvy

This has so much potential to be great

Hopefully they haven't forgotten about us, out in Temecula. Would like to see a nice 929 out of the States again.

Sweet Sentia 929! Had one back in 1989! Was an 87 929S. Was VIP styled back then! ( interior tray tables and red crushed velour, cellphone and TV with Nintendo and vhs player ) Mix of 1980's black on black with black chrome. Then a friend painted it cherry black on top that faded downwards into candy red. Had 15x10 Zenith wires triple gold and hydros when he got done with it! Lol!wish I still had it and pics... : (

Wow, awesome build  Really enjoyed this thread, looking forward to the finished outcome. My cousin had an old 280Z when I was a little kid and I loved that car. You have a great taste in cars and moddingPS - "Emergency Hooker" may be THE best name for a towing company ever.  Love it.
