Picked up a M45/Y34 to screw with.

I was hoping to sell my S2000 and went through a bunch of fakes but, oh wells. I guess slowly sell it. Anyways, picked me up a good factory color that's not often seen.

Edit: Sold the S2000 in San Antonio. Now have a little time to mess with the car.

Haha yeah, attractive color. Everyone loves that "green" was looking for the red or blue as well.

Not enough...tested the rear up front and it's cake. May sell these KF's & order new wheels. Not sure if I want to rebuild since they are original Work barrels, may drop value.

Had a little accident and busted a oil pan and bent passenger inner tie rod. Sucks but, shit happens. Calls about 6hr of labor to just get to the oil pan. I completely remove the front suspension, power steering rack, pumps/brackets, belts and the suspension member. Just got replacments and I'll wait till my complete custom harmonic drive to come in to install all together.

How does it look, where do you want to put it? I want to use some to do the door trim on my F50 when i get the JDM bumpers on. I actually want wheels, all chrome to be a black chrome, like the SRT8 rims.

Yes on trims and such, looks good. Tricky to work with, gotta be careful when applying heat. Things get discolored.

Nice. Progress being made!

This brings back memories. I orginally stripped the lettering and eventually color matched it to the car. The chrome accent seemed to break-up the rear lines, but that may be due to my car being black ???? Who knows? I'm weird like that

If I had a black car like yours, I would of left it. Black with black emblems looks too chill...different color body maybe okay. I don't know but, chrome & Texas just goes together...haha.

The toe link isn't a direct fit which was made for a 350z/370. Going to have to cut down the sleeve width wise on the bearing so it can slide in the mounting bracket. I measured and should be 45mm. Forum image

Okay so none of these 350z links don't fit the car without cutting off some material with a lathe machine. Both the toe and camber link bearing spacer/sleeve is wide.
OE toe link, 45mm. 350z BV, 50mm
OE camber link, 40mm. 350z SPL, 45mm

Yes, there is lots of misinformation. All you gotta do is order those bearing spacers with those specific sizes, makes it easier then just getting them cut to properly fit.

I'm impressed so far. But I have to ask, and I know you have only probly drove a few miles. The location of the muffler, has it been scraped already coming in or out of a driveways; seeing that your hella low.

Its my only car so it gets driven. Where my new muffler location are, they never will bottom out. Factory cats and the resonator in the middle would bottom out first. Undercarriage has already been scraped and yes, its expected. Guys with switches have the advantage.

No modification needed since F50 are interchangeable. I went with this brand because it was available for me at the time. Similar to Mode Parfume & TDemand. The beefness reminds me of SPL. I remember battle version made one but the ends where it mount to the frame are bushing insert vs the spherical style which will help extend life and absorbtion with the stiff static setup. I saw Serial9 making a prototype and I question them. Don't know if they made em yet. Be nice for the stateside guys...

Are you refinishing the grill and bumper or is something else in mind?

Definitely looks more gangster then the other 2, might be the Emerald Mist contrasting with the rims.

Came across an issue where my tie rod ends would not reach and the FLCA was shorten to the max!

Got new ends to fix the issue. Turn buckle is 4" and when extended safely, it's about 6.5 long end to end. Cool part is, these non branded are same color as my T-Demand. 😁
