Y33 :)

Hey everybody . just got my y33 up and running and wanted to start a new project . I'm planning on buying coils BC specifically I've been doing research upon research. Threads and threads but I decided to make a post to help me finalize my decision.  What spring rates and damp settings would be good for a daily drive. Static low . I lve seen ogs previous post ways back about the 18/16k -80mm and was wondering what were your guys thoughts and opinions on it I'm looking for a pretty low static y33 with a fitment of 19x10ish around that area . if you guys could help me finalize my decision with some input I'll order them today ! :) just whatever spring rates dampener settings suggestions will all be helpful thank you !

Hey man congrats me myself I'm going static also and I'm all for and actually going to get the bc could with the same spring rate you thinking about if not that 14 all around

I'm running OG spec BC's right now. Highly reccomend. Stiff enough for a static daily with aggresive fitment. They really slam also. I think I read on another thread that he's not taking orders at the moment but dont quote me on it.

What's the OG spec your running ? Ide probably order straight through BC . just need to make the call for specs I'm the ready to slamm my y33!

-80mm will get you low enough. just be aware that you will lose a good bit of ability to raise the car up "high" and once you go that short or shorter (-80) front and rear getting stuck (three-wheelin') might become quite a common event in your life. just a heads up.
and if your going to go as low as possible on those specs, i would recommend 20k/18k. just my opinion

Haha better be speeding when you come across them triangle and V shape roads so ya won't get stuck.

Lol yeah. Ive had a slammed na miata. But this is definitely far from that so yeah thanks for all the info !  I'm probably just gonna stick to the 18/16 and most def -80 just so I know I can get the most potential of lowness without bags just yet the 20th is payday so !! Its about to go down.
