JP VIP curtains - sagging, any fix?

hey guys, my JP curtains size small still sag on my window frames, does anyone else have this? ... its a slight sag but its enough to make it obvious that it isnt a good fit.

here is a pic for reference how mine looks AND how some guy fixed it.. ive been pm'ing him on a different forum trying to find out how he fixed but he hasnt been on that board since 2013. :/

i want my curtains to fit tight and flush like the right side. any idea how he could have fixed it?? cut and rehemming is something i want to avoid, i was hoping there was a more simple solution?

Take them to a good Taylor and have them take out a couple of inches or whatever is needed so they don't droop that's what I had to do on my old curtains
