starter help

I've got a 98 q45 that is haveing intermittent starting and I believe that it is starter related. I have purchased a starter but looking under the car I can't. Figure out how to get the starter out and what all will have to be removed to do the job. Does anyone have any advise or a way to help me?

The steering rack has to come out.
