hey guys, so i have a few pics of my car after i got the new wheels. the car is going into the body shop today and i figured id post a few pics of the progress when i can and etc. im getting my fronts redone and radiused. theyre getting redone stronger so i dont buckle them and my rears are getting pulled and resmoothed so they dont look so jagged.
yeah i am aware i spelled static wrong in my username lol
future plans:
go lower at least 5-8mm all around, i want to tuck rear and fronts.
cut and extend LCA for more front camber (which would probably need me to extend or space out the axle and tie rod)
stiffer spring rate, probabyl 30k f / 28k r and revalve my shocks
cut and extend rear bumper lower
bozo style exhaust - dual outlet with cut tips and probably a subtle angle and only about 4-5 inches outward of the rear bumper
basic diamond stiching interior - probabyl black suede with white stitching
then some minor engine mods
heres before when i had the candy red vs-xx a few months ago

What are the front wheel specs, I am running 18x10.5 +20 all around and I need way more camber up front soi can tuck, as of now the Fender sits on the lip of the wheel, I am on air ride, I have skunk 2 upper control arms that go -3 degrees camber, my issue is that when I add camber it causes the spindle to hit the bag, this holding it off the ground. Is therea way to extend the bottom control arm to push the bottom of the wheel out? I'm curious and can't find any info to help besides the fact that you have good camber up.

Yeah just send them to a shop to be extended.
I know a guy if you're interested

sorry for late response. but yeah i have looked into it extensively, and since you're on bags youll have to go bottom out for camber instead of top in.
and the red vsxx wer 18x10 +14 and i added a 5 mm spacer (+9).
the vip modulars are 18x10 +5 and i have a 15 mm spacer (-10) . i have a molded and welded over fender on now in the front.
so pretty much extended your LCAs and spacing out your tie rod with rack spacers. i have the ratio of extension length to camber degrees but they are for a miata so its a rough estimate. and the amount needed to space your tie rods is unknown until i try it. i dont believe anyone has done this yet on our chassis, but my car is now sitting at a shop waiting to get it done through trial and error haha its alot harder to camber your fronts when bagged since your bag gives you no room, when static i just slot my skunk2 kit until i can slide the steering knuckle all the way in the point of it contacting the coilver and let the coilover slowly grind the back of the knuckle. the most ive seen up front is -6.5 ish (matt aka sqquuad). i am at -5.5. i believe wit a little more modification of the steering knuckle and a pair of J's Racing Lower Extended Ball Joints, you can get -7 without having to touch the lower arms.

so heres the update with the bodywork!
rears i kept the same spec and fitment/camber set up. maxxed out my bc extreme lows and its still not low enough for me :|
fronts i jammed a 15 mm spacer. and it seems decently flush. with more front camber i can have it more aggressive and have it sit a little lower.

at stance nation dallas (didnt have the 15 mm spacer so my fronts look really sunk :( )
