N00B Air Suspension Issue!

I have a 99 Gs300 with the UAS aero sport kit, its worked flawless and i love it! But ever since i brought my car out of storage i've noticed the rear passenger side bag is filling up faster than the rest and when i air it out it drops alot slower? Im not really sure what it could be, ive looked at the line and noticed some moisture and didnt know if there was water in my lines from the cold winter to the warm summer? If anyone has any ideas or anything please share. This is my first car with air suspension and im kinda a n00b with it. I was also wondering if there was a correct way to purge the moisture out of my air lines. Thanks for the help guys!

could be a clog in the line or a couple of stuck valves.

you should put a water trap between the compressor and the tank if you haven't already.
