15 way adjustable damper and spring load adjustment
OK guys, my coilovers have a 15 way adjustable damper and adjustable spring load (the perch tightens and loosens the spring) .
I have the spring load at just a bit stiff. Not too tight but just tight enough so the spring does not move.
as of now with wavy roads, the ride is bouncy on slow 5-10 MPH speed. It's is fine at hight speeds +50 mph.
what would be the best way to level out the bounce ? should I tighten up the spring perch or should I increase the damper on the strut ?

adjust the dampening. you have to just play around with it to get your most comfortable setting

I think that you will find it to be bouncy at slower speeds regardless of what you do..THat is the sus working for you..it feels bouncy but what is really happening its pulling you back to the ground...the same bumps at high speeds to not effect it the same because the shocks do not have as much time to respond to the road where as slower it does and there for you will notice it more..YOu may have to learn to live with it or add air bags inplace of SPrings...then it will be alot smoother..

So leave spring load alone and adjust dampening. cool.
when you had your JIC with your former y33, where did you have your damper setting ? you had it on full soft right ?
